The traditional Tibetan purification method for our shilajit involves a series of natural steps to achieve ultra-pure resin:

1.Preparation: Raw shilajit is collected from high-altitude rocks located 17,000ft and broken into smaller pieces.

2.Soaking: The pieces are soaked in pure mountain spring water, allowing the shilajit to dissolve and release beneficial minerals and fulvic acids.

3.Filtration: The mixture is filtered to remove solid impurities.

4.Sun Evaporation: The filtered liquid is spread in the sun to evaporate water, concentrating the shilajit.

5.Repetition: This soaking and evaporation process is repeated seven times for maximum purity.

6.Final Heating: The purified shilajit is gently heated to remove moisture and eliminate microbes without degrading its beneficial compounds.
